Our Cabins and Lodges:

The Lodge is a two-story dorm style building that sleeps 76 guests; 32 on the lower level and 44 on the upper.  The lower lodge is a single-gender dormitory lodge. The upper level has 22 beds on each side with bathroom accommodations.  There is a large room with fireplace, tables and couches.  This facility is attached to our dining hall.

The Aspen sleeps 44 guests and is divided into two sides with a large center room with couches, fireplace and full kitchen.  This cabin is 2600 sq ft. with a spacious kitchen and meeting area.

The Cliffords are two separate dorm-style buildings and together they sleep 64 guests; each has a small lounge area with fireplace.

The Grandview is a two-gender cabin with 16 beds on each side. The center meeting area has a fireplace, kitchen and lounge area.

The Pine sleeps up to 10 guests, private bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen and 8 additional bunks.

The Spruce has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 16 guests.  It has a large living area with fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen.

Two nights with 4 meals                                    $65.00 person                      under 3 and not taking a plate $3.00 per day

Two nights with 6 meals                                    $80.00 person

Aspen Cabin                                                        $375.00 per night

Grandview Cabin                                                $350.00 per night

Spruce                                                                  $250.00.per night

Pine Cabin                                                           $175.00 per night

 

 

Family Cabins:

The Van Haslen, Hayes, and Dunham, are cabins with  2 and 3 bedroom 1 bathroom designed to sleep up to 6 guests and have fully-equipped kitchens.

Rates:   $85. 00per night for the first 2 guests plus $5/person for additional guest

 

 

Chapel (seating for 200)        $100.00 per day.

                                      

 

Our Recreation Activities & Rates:         

* Odyssey Ropes Course                                  $15.00 per guest s (minimum of $300.00 to open & staff)

* Mountain Ropes                                               $15.00 per guest s (minimum or $300.00 to open & staff)

* Zip Line                                                               $5.00 (Minimum of 15 guests)

* Camp Fire                                                          $15.00

* Paint Ball                                                            $15.00

* Go-Carts                                                             $5.00                                                     

* Snow Tubes                                                       $5.00 per tube.                                                                    

* Air Rifles, Archery                                              $35.00 per hour

* Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball courts, horseshoe ring,   (No Charge)   

Recreation is available based on weather conditions.

 

 

 

RV Sites and Primitive Camping Area:                                    Day Use Fee:

Screened Shelter - $35/night ● Tent camping - $5/person per night                        $3.00 per person

RV Sites with Full Hook-ups: $25.00 per night                                                              Example:  Picnic or child under 3

 

 

 

Booking Deposits:

A booking deposit will be determined based on total usage.  This deposit is refundable 30 days prior to your reservation. After 30 days your deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future reservation within one year of original date.

Please bring your own bedding and linens.  

Firewood, cooking utensils, and coffee pot are supplied in cabins so equipped.

 

PLEASE: NO PETS ALLOWED ON CAMP PROPERTY

 

 

 

The Cloudcroft area has many attractions such as shopping in the mountain village of Cloudcroft, The Lodge mountain golf course, Lincoln National Forest hiking/biking trails, White Sands National Park (25 miles), Sunspot Solar Observatory (15 miles), Ski Cloudcroft (5 miles), Ski Apache in Ruidoso (45 mi), Silver Lake at Mescalero Apache Reservation, 868 Highway 244.
